AUTHEX LABSContact

Security and trust

Clear control boundaries.

Customers choose where Authex may act, which changes require approval and which organisation a connection can access.

Connected access

Private organisation data requires account authorisation. Each connection is scoped to the selected Authex organisation and approved capabilities.

Controlled autonomy

Watch, Suggest and Act define what the Agent may do. High-impact changes can require approval. Decisions, approvals and outcomes are recorded.

Managed changes

Rollback and drift correction apply to controls managed through Authex. DNS caching can delay observation and recovery after a published change.

Public scanner

The scanner reads public configuration only. It does not access inboxes or change DNS. Incomplete or unavailable lookups are identified in the report.

Responsible disclosure

Report suspected vulnerabilities to security@authexlabs.com. Include the affected surface, reproduction steps and potential impact. Do not access customer data or disrupt service while testing.

Security reviews

For architecture, data-handling or procurement questions, contact Authex. Supporting detail is shared for the agreed review scope.
