Terms of Service

These terms set out what you can expect from Authex and what we expect from you. We've kept them short on purpose. If anything is unclear, write to us.

01

Acceptance

By creating an account or otherwise using the Authex service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using Authex on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

02

The service

Authex Labs Ltd operates a platform that scans DNS records, manages email-authentication protocols, and progresses domains toward enforcement. We make no warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any given configuration will deliver any specific commercial outcome.

We may change features, limits, or interfaces at any time. Material changes that affect paid plans will be announced in advance via email.

03

Accounts and access

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity that happens under your account. Notify us immediately at security@authexlabs.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

04

Acceptable use

Do not use Authex to scan or modify domains you do not own or are not authorized to administer. Do not attempt to reverse engineer, overload, or circumvent the service. Do not use Authex to facilitate fraud, phishing, or abuse.

05

Fees and billing

Paid plans are billed per the pricing in effect at the time of activation. Annual plans are billed up front; monthly plans are billed each period. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel at any time and your access continues to the end of the current period.

06

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination, hosted DNS records remain in place to avoid breaking mail flow, but the Agent stops issuing updates.

07

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an as-is basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or related to this agreement will not exceed the fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

08

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Glasgow, United Kingdom.
