Is Monitor really free forever?
Yes. No time limit, no credit card, no feature countdown. Unlimited domains, unlimited history, full aggregate reporting, hosted DMARC record, and industry benchmarks.
What do I actually get on Enforce?
All six protocols (DMARC, SPF, DKIM, BIMI, MTA-STS, TLS-RPT) hosted on our infrastructure, plus the Autonomous Agent that runs your policy rollout from p=none through quarantine to reject with real-time risk gating. SPF flattening, DKIM rotation, BIMI with VMC validation, rule-based alerts, weekly digest, trend analytics.
Can I have some domains on Monitor and others on Enforce?
Yes. Pricing is per-domain, not per-account. Put your top 5 customers on Enforce, leave the rest on Monitor. You only pay for the domains you upgrade.
What does Partner actually include?
Everything in Enforce, plus the Authex team. Onboarding call with our founder, direct Slack and email channel, same-day response, quarterly posture review. Your first 10 Enforce-domains are included in the Partner base; additional domains at the standard Enforce rate. For regulated industries, agencies, or anyone who wants someone else to own the problem.
How does annual billing work?
Annual billing is around 20% cheaper than monthly in every currency. You are billed up front at activation; cancellations pause at period end. Monthly is also fine: same features, slightly higher rate.
Which currencies can I pay in?
Pick from USD, EUR, AED, INR, SGD, or PHP. Your currency is locked to your account on first payment and used for all future invoices.
What happens when I downgrade a domain?
The Agent stops acting on that domain. Hosted records stay live in DNS so mail flow does not break, but we stop issuing updates. You can re-upgrade any time and state is preserved.
Is there a trial on Enforce?
Yes. Every Enforce upgrade starts with a 14-day free trial: full Agent access, all protocols hosted, zero credit-card friction on Monitor. You are only billed if you keep Enforce running past day 14. Cancel any time during the trial and the domain falls back to Monitor with state preserved.
