Changelog
Stay up to date with new features, improvements, and fixes as we build the future of email authentication.
BIMI record management and VMC validation
You can now manage BIMI records directly from the Authex dashboard. Upload your brand logo, validate VMC (Verified Mark Certificate) status, and preview how your logo will appear in supported email clients like Apple Mail and Google. The AI agent will flag common issues like incorrect SVG formatting or missing VMC references before they cause delivery problems.
AI agent conversation history and action log
The AI agent now keeps a full conversation history and action log. Every recommendation, DNS change, and diagnostic result is recorded with timestamps so you have a complete audit trail. You can review past interactions, understand why specific changes were made, and share context with your team.
Managed SPF flattening with automatic updates
Our managed SPF flattening engine now automatically detects when upstream providers change their IP ranges and updates your flattened record within minutes. This eliminates the risk of legitimate mail failing SPF checks due to stale includes. The 10-lookup limit is handled transparently - you just add your services and we take care of the rest.
Blacklist monitoring across 80+ DNSBLs
Authex now monitors your sending IPs and domains across over 80 DNS-based blacklists in real time. If any of your infrastructure gets listed, you will receive an immediate alert with context about the listing reason and recommended remediation steps. The dashboard shows historical listing data so you can track patterns over time.
Improved DMARC report processing speed
We have overhauled our DMARC aggregate report processing pipeline. Reports now process 4x faster with improved deduplication and more accurate source IP geolocation. Large organizations sending millions of emails per day will see their dashboards update within minutes of report arrival instead of the previous 15-minute window.
Fixed MTA-STS policy validation edge case
Resolved an issue where MTA-STS policies with multiple MX entries containing wildcard prefixes were incorrectly flagged as invalid. The validator now correctly handles wildcard patterns per RFC 8461 section 3.2. This affected a small number of domains using complex MX configurations with multiple mail providers.
